I’m Alicia
I’m a women’s holistic wellness practitioner working with women through a contextual, whole-person lens. My work is rooted in understanding how health is shaped by lived experience including history, environment, stress, and life stage rather than viewing wellbeing as a set of isolated symptoms.

Through my work, I developed Precision Wellness by Alicia, a framework that brings together evidence-informed practice with biological individuality and real-life context. It allows space for clarity, pacing, and meaningful change over time.

I work with women who are seeking depth, not quick fixes whether that’s through reflection, longer-term support, or guided pathways that honour where they are and where they’re moving towards.

I work with women in a holistic, contextual way — supporting physical wellbeing, emotional health, and lived experience across different life stages. Rather than offering fixed programmes to choose from, how we work together is shaped by what you are experiencing and what support feels most appropriate.
Precision Wellness
Precision Wellness by Alicia is my signature, woman-led framework for whole-person wellbeing. It guides all of my work and reflects how women’s health is shaped by biology, lived experience, and the environments we move through.

The framework brings together interconnected pillars including functional genomics, nutrition, movement, stress and mind–body work, sleep, environment, indigenous healing systems, and community recognising that lasting wellbeing is never one-dimensional.
​
Rather than applying fixed protocols, Precision Wellness allows support to be shaped contextually, responding to what matters most for each woman over time.
