I’m Alicia
I’m a women’s holistic wellness practitioner working with women through a contextual, whole-person lens. My work is rooted in understanding how health is shaped by lived experience including history, environment, stress, and life stage rather than viewing wellbeing as a set of isolated symptoms.
Through my work, I developed Precision Wellness by Alicia, a framework that brings together evidence-informed practice with biological individuality and real-life context. It allows space for clarity, pacing, and meaningful change over time.

Precision Wellness by Alicia
Precision Wellness by Alicia is my signature framework for understanding women’s wellness in relation to lived experience, life load, environment, biology, and identity. Rather than treating wellness as a checklist or a set of fixed recommendations, my work recognises that women’s bodies and nervous systems are constantly responding to their lives past and present.
This approach guides all of my work: my practice, my frameworks, and the spaces I create for women seeking clarity, understanding, and sustainable change.
